Terms & Conditions - Work New Zealand Competition

This competition is promoted by JENZA, trading under BUNAC Travel Services Ltd. From this point forward, JENZA and BUNAC Travel Services LTD will be referred to as “The Promoters”.

This competition is open to United Kingdom aged 18-30, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

The opening date of the competition is 03/07/2023 and the closing date of the competition is 14/08/2023. The promoter has the right to extend the closing date. Entries submitted after the final closing date will not be included.

In order to be eligible for the prize, entrants must provide details as requested. All personal details will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. To claim the prize, the winner must be eligible to receive the specific prize. By submitting an entry and providing your email address, you are agreeing to sign up for our email marketing database, The Promoters will respect your decision to opt-out at any time.

Prize(s) described below is to promote the competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative. In the event of cancellations, there will not be a refund of the prize value. No cash in lieu.

By participating in the Promoters promotions and competitions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. The competition rules will be fully described in these terms and conditions. The Promoters reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. All entrants acknowledge and agree that if the Promoters determine that an entry does not meet eligibility requirements for any reason, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, remove a submission from the competition.

Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from those who have correctly submitted their entry. Draw will take place on the date published and winner(s) will be contacted through email to organise delivery of the prize.

The Promoters have the right to select alternative winners if: 1. The winner is ineligible to enter the competition. 2. The winner is under 18 years of age. 3. The Promoters are unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of the closing date for entries. If the overall winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the announcement of the winner, an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining finalists.

The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liabilities to any entrants, the winner or a third party. The winner agrees to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by the promoter.

The Promoters are not responsible for any technical errors in communications networks, internet access or other prevention of entry to the competition. The Promoters and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Decisions of the Promoters' and its agents are final. Any additional correspondence will not be entered into on behalf of the Promoters.

The Promoters reserves the right to draw an alternative winner if they believe that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions.

The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.

Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.

Only one entry per person. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

The Promoters reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the promotion, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.

Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as a proof of age and eligibility for the prize.
