Skills: As a friend, older sibling and herder of small people… you’ll need to have bags of energy, imagination and creativity. You’ll do a bit of everything – helping to run activities and generally make sure your campers feel safe, happy and supported.

Skills: You'll need to be patient and committed. And more importantly, leave your perceptions of what’s possible at the front gate. One of the most challenging but rewarding roles at camp, you’ll learn as much about yourself as you teach to others.

The summer camp USA program was originally founded to help prevent conflict by connecting cultures and bringing young people together to work side-by-side. Today, these values of inclusion and community have never more important – and are the centre of every camp experience.
