Emergency help
If you have a genuine emergency where you are affected by either an accident, political unrest, bereavement or natural disaster while in the care of JENZA, please call the regular number and select option 9. Non-emergency calls will have to face the wrath of Adam (our Ops guy and keeper of the emergency red phone) when you’ve got him out of bed at 2am because you’ve lost your keys.
