Why the camp name change, JENZA?
Part of the JENZA Travel Group, JENZA and BUNAC have always been the same team with the same camp program – just with different names in different countries. Confusing, right? Like meeting your identical twin at camp and realising that you look the same – but have different names? Not sure where we've heard that one before...
Anyway, we've had a do-over! BUNAC has gone back to our 1972 camp roots to become our dedicated Summer Camp USA brand, and JENZA is now all things working holidays and international internships. Same team, same experiences – one happy family of work, intern and camp brands.

What is summer camp?
A North American tradition, each summer children and teens from all over the USA and Canada attend sleepover camps for 1-8 weeks between Jun-Aug. A safe place for them to learn new activities, grow their skills and experience living away from home in the great outdoors – camps are seen as integral to a child’s social, cultural and educational development. Each year, Camp Directors hire 18-30 year olds from all over the world to work as Camp Counsellors, Activity Counsellors and Additional Needs Counsellors.
