We're the Jobsworths of the travel world. Where we can’t help you secure a seasonal job with one of our vetted employers before you go, we provide job assistance on the ground.

Arrival support

Landing in a new country with a face-full of jetlag can feel scary. Our working holidays typically include hostel nights, job workshops and socials to help you find your feet and your people.

Work essentials

The un-sexy side to working overseas that no one ever tells you about – our working holidays typically include all the nerdy stuff like bank account, tax number and SIM set-up.

Visa experts

As a team of travellers, we genuinely geek out for a good visa form. We'll provide the correct paperwork and help you navigate all the visa and sponsorship requirements for where you're heading to.

Roadtested trips

It was a tough job, but someone had to do it. We send roadtesters out to provide first-hand feedback on our experiences. Because if it didn’t fly with them, it’s not going to fly with you.

Giving back

5% of the JENZA Travel Group profits go to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund. Because the world’s a better place when there are more people able to experience it.

Earn as you explore

About JENZA

We're not knocking regular travel. Face-planting on a beach with a conveyor belt of coconuts is a wonderful thing. But by earning as you explore with a working holiday, overseas internship or ski season – you'll get to stay out for longer and contribute more. A lower-impact way to see the world – you'll be paying tax dollars, spending in local communities, and connecting with people and places in a more authentic way. (It's also the most fun you can have before all that 'real life' mortgage and kids stuff kicks in).

Our travel fam includes: USIT in Ireland, SWAP in Canada, our summer camp USA brand BUNAC, and US visa sponsor and cultural exchange champions, IENA. United in our belief that working overseas is one of the most transformative things you can do with your twenties, we're on a mission to open up a world of opportunities for students and 18-30s everywhere.

From Manchester to Melbourne, we're a team of 50-odd travellers who – now more than ever – believe in the power of youth travel. To promote tolerance, build understanding and globalise perspectives.

As a business, we also believe in life and travel experience over academic achievements.
